  4. LICENSE AGREEMENT: IMAGES OF CREATION v1.0

  6. What 'Royalty Free' means.
  7.  
  8. As owner of either the shareware version or registered version of
  9. this screen saver, you have a single user license. You have also 
  10. acquired royalty free rights to the use of the individual graphics
  11. files: file names are listed in the readme. Understand that this 
  12. royalty free license applies only to the USE of the images, NOT to 
  13. the reproduction and sale of the graphics files themselves. These 
  14. images may be used as design elements in any publication or software 
  15. product that you author, whether or not it is offered for sale in the 
  16. retail marketplace. Examples of legal use would be illustrations in 
  17. multimedia, catalogs, paper or e-books. Illegal examples of image use 
  18. would include the design of your own screen saver using these graphics 
  19. files and/or their incorporation into retail image file collections of 
  20. any sort. For these latter uses, please contact Reality Software for a 
  21. duplication-resale license that pertains to the graphics files themselves.

  23. Needless to say, it is also illegal for you to redistribute and resell
  24. this screen saver product.

  26. YOU MAY NOT COPY AND DISTRIBUTE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER, BE IT PRIVATE OR 
  27. COMMERCIAL, ANY OF THE ORIGINAL FILES THAT COMPRISE THIS PRODUCT. 
  28. This means that you cannot redistribute in any manner this screen saver 
  29. product as your own publication.
